Hey y’all, Dr. Kirstein here!

I’m a pelvic health physical therapist, wife, mama to two beautiful kiddos and lover of Jesus.

As a mother to young children, I know firsthand how challenging, overwhelming and confusing the perinatal season can be. Each of my birth experiences have shaped my understanding of preparation and recovery in profound ways to better serve the women around me.

I believe women deserve more than quick check-ins without any real directions or support. They deserve preparation, education and intentional recovery - support that begins before birth and continues after. I know the importance of a truly supportive birth team. I know the value of someone coming directly to your home. I know the benefit of having direct, easy access to communication with your birth team. I absolutely loved the women who were able to provide that level of care for me, now I am here to be a member of that team for you. Providing you warmth and convenience.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me at home with my kiddos and our closest friends, soaking up time with our little community, exploring parks, library story times, and all the adventures that come with raising your babies. The weekends are full of family time - playing games, family lunches, and getting outside together. Motherhood has deepened my compassion and strengthened my conviction that women deserve better care.

It’s an honor to walk along side you in this season.
