  • No. Texas allows for limited direct access to physical therapy care for 30 consecutive days. This means we can get started without a referral. Once we complete our first session, I will send your evaluation to your obstetrician, chiropractor, PCP, or your midwife (if they are a CNM) for continuity of care.

  • No. I am an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at time of service. A superbill is available upon request. You may then submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.

  • I offer concierge-level care. This means I get to meet you where you feel most comfortable. I specialize in perinatal services that allow for support and informed decision making before you even go into labor. You will have direct and on-going communication with me during the process.

  • We can discuss this further in our phone consult. My functional class is all things actionable and hands-on. You may want to choose this class if you want to know what to DO before and during labor. My comprehensive class is well… comprehensive! It includes everything from the functional class plus how things work, decision making, what to expect, etc. You may want to choose this class if you are a first-time mom or you are a second plus mom and you felt uninformed and unsupported with your prior experiences. I am more than happy to tailor these classes specific to your needs.

  • Because your journey is unique and I want to get to know you! This allows me to support you better. Together we will discuss my services, answer any questions you may have and develop a game plan tailored to you.

  • My vision with The Birth Space is to provide you an unmatched perinatal experience. One where I am able to serve you from the moment you find out you are expecting through your postpartum journey. Many providers are excellent at treating postpartum clientele - and I’m happy to find the right provider for you. But I can tell you that not many can truly prepare you for what is to come with birth AND postpartum - that’s where I come in.

  • Yes! My childbirth education classes are unique in that they have pelvic health tips sprinkled throughout. I’d love for you to have access to this information even if you are not receiving physical therapy services.
