  • No. Texas allows for limited direct access to physical therapy care for 30 consecutive days. This means we can get started without a referral. Once we complete our first session, I will send your evaluation to your obstetrician, chiropractor, PCP, or your midwife (if they are a CNM) for continuity of care.

  • No. I am an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at time of service. A superbill is available upon request. You may then submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.

  • I offer concierge-level care. This means I get to meet you where you feel most comfortable while offering convenience to your schedule and family. I specialize in perinatal services that can allow for support and informed decision making before you even go into labor and support you as you recover throughout postpartum. You will have direct and on-going communication with me during the process.

  • We can discuss this further in our phone consult. My functional class is all things actionable and hands-on. You may want to choose this class if you want to know what to DO before and during labor. My comprehensive class is well… comprehensive! It includes everything from the functional class plus how things work, decision making, what to expect, etc. You may want to choose this class if you are a first-time parent(s) or you are a second plus parent(s) and you felt uninformed and unsupported with your prior experiences. I am more than happy to tailor these classes specific to your needs.

  • Because your journey is unique and I want to get to know you! This allows me to support you better. Together we will discuss my services, answer any questions you may have and develop a game plan tailored to you.

  • Yes! My childbirth education classes are unique in that they have pelvic health tips sprinkled throughout. I’d love for you to have access to this information even if you are not receiving physical therapy services.
